If a reservation is cancelled more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled charter,
payment will be refunded minus a 25% non-refundable deposit. If a reservation is cancelled
within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled charter, the host will not receive a refund but can
re-book the charter on a date no later than ninety (90) days after the initial scheduled charter.
The host will be required to pay another non-refundable deposit at the time of re-booking.
